Well, the 100th anniversary of the founding of American Stores (the original ASC, not Skaggs' ASC) is still a year away, Acme Style is turning 7 around this time (congratulations, but that's not a benchmark year), and it's been 10 years since the announcement of the breakup of Albertsons Inc. (not exactly a cause for celebration, as SuperValu nearly killed the chain).
