ACME COMMERCIALS NOW AIRING
ON NYC TELEVISION STATIONS!
While this isn't the exact commercial that just aired on ABC 7, it did contain some of the same product shots and employees from this video. The commercial was pretty typical... a female voiceover listing the services and freshness offered by Acme Markets followed by a few weekly specials. Overall, it was very slick and well produced. Visually more impressive than ShopRite or Stop and Shop commercials. Acme... welcome back to the New York City airwaves! It's been a long time.
I've been hearing their commercials on NYC radio stations as well.

ReplyDeleteThey must have JUST started. I watch the channel 7 news every morning and evening and today was the first time I've seen an Acme commercial.
DeleteSaw a commercial on WPIX 11 about a week ago...also heard them on 98.7 ESPN Radio.
ReplyDeleteImpressive that it's a unique Acme ad and not just something with a label slapped on, like those SuperValu-era commercials with the creepy singing vegetables.
ReplyDeleteI saw it last Tuesday at 7:30 am at Pix 11. So happy that Acme is around here now, It's such a step up from the last few years of the Former Great A&P.
ReplyDeleteAll the Acme doubters where are you now? Great start for Acmes in this area, It was badly needed. Since Shop Rite can't take everyone, Stop And Shop stinks. Thank you Alberstons!
